You must not lose your hard earned money. You choose not experience any fraud if you follow the payment process I have shown you so far. China as a country has zero tolerance for fraud and Alibaba is on top of their game too to ensure safe transaction.
Make sure your whole purchase is through the Alipay or Trade assurance payment system and do not ever send money to boss account directly.
Read through the description of the goods you want to buy. This includes the product dimension, the weight and other specifications. Products may appear bigger on screen but very small in real life. To avoid feeling scammed or deceived, read carefully before making your payment.
Avoid buying designer branded brands if you are actually looking forward to buying the original brand. Designer brands and top brands usually do not sell via Alibaba or Aliexpress.
11.1 What to do when you are defrauded
But it’s their chance of fraud in Alibaba? Yes. Unfortunately I have been defrauded myself and I learned from it. I transferred money to the company’s account and the seller refused to ship the goods I paid for! This would have been an easy thing if I paid through Trade Assurance. I have been refunded before when I shipped via Aliexpress and the goods never came to me!
So what do you do in any case of fraud? Will recommend to you the steps I took:
