Personally, I recommend importers to go get a foreign domiciliary account. Dollar is the most used of all foreign currencies so I recommend a dollar domiciliary account for your purchases. After this your bank will issue you a debit card on request.
Alternatively you can make your purchases with Naira MasterCard and Visa cards. The bank will automatically charge you the dollar equivalent of your order in your local (Naira) currency.
