Now let’s shift a bit from the the camera as a whole and focus now on the lenses. In this lesson, we are going to look at the two types of CCTV camera lenses:
The Fixed Lens: In fixed lens, you can not zoom in or zoom out. The lens is fixed which makes it impossible to adjust the focal length, zoom and angle of view.
The Varifocal Lens: In varifocal lens, you can zoom in or zoom our images. This is because it has adjustable focal lens in which focus changes as focal length changes.
