I cannot understand how you calculated the battery size.
[(10*4)+(70*2)+(75*12)]*2=2,160
Where did the (0.85*0.6*12) come from?

0.85 mean s 15% loss when inveter is converting chemically store energy in the battery to Electrical Energy. Is call inveter inefficient. 12V means you will be using 12v battery for the installation. and 0.6 stand for general loess through cabling
