  • Is it normal for someone to charge a battery with solar panel and also with NEPA simultaneously.

Yes you can charge simultaneously with solar and NEPA at same time. But make sure you are charging with a smart charge controller that can help you regulate the charge and also charge with an Inverter that has a built in regulator.
This will prevent damage to the battery due to overcharging.
