The rights of women are as follows:
(i) The right to the same employment opportunities as men.
(ii) The right to free choice of profession and employment.
(iii) The right to receive vocational training and retraining.
(iv) The right to social equality programs.
(v) The right to protection of health and to safety in working conditions.
(vi) The right to family benefits.
(vii) The right to participate in recreational activities.
(viii) The right to have access to adequate health care facilities.
(ix) The to obtain all types of training and education, formal and non-formal.
(x) The right to bank loans, mortgagees and other forms of financial credit.

CONTENT
Violation of human rights occurs when;
(i) A person is denied of his/her rights. For instance, when a child is not allowed to go to school by parents or other person.
(ii) When a person is abused. A child or an adult can be abused in different ways, such as physical attack, women trafficking and traditional harmful practices.
(iii) When a person is prevented from enjoying their rights.
(iv) The person does not know his/her right and cannot therefore enjoy it. This is while it is important for people to know their rights.
