MEANING OF SELF-CONTROL:
This involves a person being able to restrain his or her impulses, emotion or ideas. A person should always exercise self-control even at the slightest provocation when being in the midst of people as it can to a large extent ward off attack from a person or group of people.
HOW TO EXERCISE SELF-CONTROL
- Show moderation in whatever you do.
- Being modest
- Being content
- Being considerate
- Don’t be in a fighting mood all the time.
- Being tolerant.
- Being truthful at all time.
BENEFITS OF SELF-CONTROL
- It boosts or increases one’s decision making capacity.

- It improves one’s focus such that the individual is more likely to get rich in future.
